As a guest to the Medicaid LTSS Screening training you will be able to become familiar with the LTSS Screening process and procedures used to assess an individual’s need for care.

Care Coordinators, with contracted Medicaid Health Plans, conducting annual level of care reviews, must REGISTER AS A GUEST, listing your role as a Care Coordinator, and choosing the hiring health plan as your employer and naming the region served.

All other guests should register choosing a role that most closely matches their professional background.

Note: Guests will NOT receive a Certification number nor able to take competency tests. Guests will be unable to authorize an individual for CCC Plus waiver, PACE or NF LTSS.

If you are assigned to conduct Medicaid LTSS Screenings for the Commonwealth Coordinated Care Waiver, Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, or nursing facilities, please register as a LTSS Screener.
